What is the delivery time for orders?

Please allow for 10 – 15 working days (weekends not included) from date shipped for delivery of your order.

Please be aware that recently the U.K Customs have started placing duties on parcels over 18 Pounds, as this is a U.K based charged we are unable to take responsibility for this and ask they you are aware of this when placing your order.

What is the difference between Face Pack and Face Mask?

Face Pack cleanses the face and removes the impurities from the skin. The face pack is also a wash off product.

Face Mask cleanses and removes dead skin cells. The face mask is a peel off product.

Can Soap be used on face?

Only Thermal Mud Soap and Lanolin Soap are suitable for use on face.

Please follow directions on pack and only leave product on for recommended times.
